Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, as the milling process might begin after order confirmation.
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and supporting information (such as photographs, if applicable).
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
